1. About these terms
This website, anatomyofgrowth.com, is run by Dr Akjemal Magtymova (Anatomy of Growth). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not advice
The site describes my work and shares ideas — articles, podcast episodes and webinars. This content is general information. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace a consultation with a professional who knows your situation.
Reading the site, subscribing to the newsletter or sending a form does not make you my client. Executive coaching, leadership advisory and work in the psychological practice begin only after we have spoken and agreed the terms in writing.
3. Not an emergency service
The site and its forms are not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact the emergency services of your country or a crisis line.
4. Forms and messages
What you send through the forms is treated confidentially, as described in the Privacy policy. Please do not include detailed medical or other sensitive information in a form; we can discuss it in person.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, podcast episodes, recordings and the design of the site belong to me or to the people who licensed them to me. You may read, listen and share links freely, and quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source. Copying or republishing the content in full, or using it commercially, needs my written permission. Anatomy of Growth is the name of my practice.
6. Other services and links
Booking a call runs on Calendly; the podcast is hosted on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube; the newsletter is sent through a mailing service. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. Links to other websites are given for convenience; I am not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. I take care that the information is accurate and that the site works, but I cannot promise that it is free of errors or always available, and I am not liable, to the extent the law allows, for loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the site develops. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means that you accept the new terms.
