Born and raised in Turkmenistan, Dr Akjemal Magtymova has became a global trotter, having built an accomplished career in international humanitarian aid and development. As a mentor and a certified coach, she is dedicated to helping others find clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Dr Akjemal a Medical Doctor, holding an MD, an MSc from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and an MBA in Psychology. A certified Co-Coach (CPCC), a designated international RYT® 200 instructor, Dr Akjemal is synergetically combining her expertise in health, leadership, and psychology to guide individuals through transformative journeys.

Before the coaching relationship starts, there is a 30 minute-long initial one-on-one call to meet and discuss how coaching can support your journey. This session is complimentary and at this stage, there is no obligation on either part.
The actual coaching process starts with a discovery session of 60-90 minutes' duration to design the alliance, define the goals and expected outcomes for the coaching process and session(s).
Once the goal and outcomes are clear, a coach-client conversations take place in which thought-provoking questions are posed to deepen client's understanding of self, available choices and actions. Each session is 45-60 minutes long and is centred around a specific task or tackling a particular challenge.
A coach listens actively and shares observations and hypothesis, noticing any shifts in client's emotional tone, facial expressions and energy levels.
Coaching is an equal partnership of two naturally creative and resourceful people. Coaching process is thus a collaborative, where no advice is given, and the client is not told what to do. The client remains in charge to take or refrain from actions, choose any path toward achieving his/her expected results.

The coaching process begins with an introductory one-on-one meeting. This meeting is complimentary, free of charge and non-binding, and lasts less than 30 minutes. The purpose of this meeting is to understand the context of your request, and for you to clarify any questions. Once we agree to move forward, we will set a start date and time, and you will be provided with a link for the online coaching sessions. If you prefer in-person coaching, that can be arranged accordingly and will depend on a geographical location and logistical arrangements..
Yes, certainly.. No payments will be charged for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. However, if a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full cost of the coaching session will apply. and the session will be considered as having taken place.
Yes, the same rules apply. If the session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the next coaching session will be provided free of charge,
The answer is both yes and no. Thespecific actions agreed upon areimportant for achieving the goals you’veset, and the coach may ask you aboutyour progress—what worked, whatchallenges you faced, and how you planto support yourself moving forward. Thisis essential for facilitating the plannedchanges. However, the coach does notcontrol the execution.. Ultimately, it is your life and your responsibility to take action.
It is always satisfying to see the progress and the client feels strong and enabled for his success. If the sessions are no longer needed, simply let the coach know, leaving one final session to review the outcomes and conclude your work. Any difference in cost for the remaining sessions will be refunded.
It is recommended to come to thecoaching session with a clearunderstanding of the area you wish towork on and the outcomes you aim toachieve. This will help make the session more focused and productive for you.
You can pay for a package of sessions directly before we begin working together, or you can arrange an individual payment plan with me: paying50% of the total cost before we start working together, and the remaining50% before the second half of our work.The payment plan applies to service packages of three or more sessions.
Yes. The coach ensures that a particular client’s needs align closely with the expertise and approach offered. The coach may choose not to work with a client if it is beleived that another specialist may be a better fit for the client. It is in the same way, the client too has the right to choose a coach who is the best fit for them.
No. We do not share client’s information or any information about the work with specific individuals on social media, unless the client gives an explicit consent, providing a testimonial or sharing review and feedback. .
